- Duck liver & PX as pretty as it gets
- Smoked eel brandade and chicken skin 😮‍💨
- ‘Catch of the day’ with Craster kipper sauce
- ‘Honey’ 🐝
- Lamb, turnip and a big red
- Halibut sashimi
- Scallop
- Petits fours
